Gerly + Son’s Wedding 5.4.24

Gerly and Son are the sweetest couple! At our initial consultation, we discussed part of the planning and what they will need in terms of coordination. They decided to book our services for a hybrid between coordination and partial planning.

Throughout the whole planning process, we went through vendors options for their needs. Gerly was always very responsive to our suggestions so the process went smoothly.

From Sr. Coordinator, Christine:

I had the pleasure of working with Gerly on the earlier half of her wedding day. At the hotel, the excitement was in the air as everyone was busy finishing up hair and make-up. Yet, there was a calmness over Gerly even though she said she was a little nervous and couldn’t sleep. She looked radiant in her gown and a natural in front of the camera.

When we arrived to Christ Cathedral, the tall buildings were stunning despite a cloudy day. We jumped right into the first look. Son was already stationed down the pathway of tall grass and it was a breathtaking walk as Gerly made her way to him. When he turned around, he had the biggest smile on his face. They embraced and shared a sweet moment together as the wind serenaded the tall grass around them, making them sway as the couple swayed.

After a few photos with the wedding party, it was time for the ceremony. As guests gathered inside, they took in the amazing architectural structure of the church. It was a beautiful traditional ceremony where the priest acknowledged the joining of two people from two different cultures. At the end, all of Son and Gerly’s family and friends gathered at the steps of the altar for a picture. It was a sight to see as so many people were there to show their love for this couple.
