Jason is my husband’s cousin and when Eva and Jason approached me to help with the wedding, I was more than happy because that’s what family do. I suggested the Bowers Museum to them as they were looking for venues. After a site visit, they fell in love with it and decided to book it.
As a family member, I was a guest more than the coordinator but I couldn’t help running around making sure everything went OK while the family kept telling me to enjoy the party. It is also a bit more nerve-wracking working on a family wedding because your work is more scrutinized. However, seeing all the in-law family again is always fun as it feels more like a big party/get-together than a wedding.
It is at Eva and Jason’s wedding that KDWP’s mascot (aka. Riley) made an appearance. He was a total hit! 🙂
Yellow is such a good color to have for a summer wedding. It is so vibrant, you can’t help being happy around that color.
