Jamie + Elliot’s Wedding 5.20.16

Who knew there would be this hidden gem of a place in Orange County? Coto de Caza Country Club has just been renovated and it looks absolutely stunning. Good job finding this gem Jamie! She’s searched high and low for a venue and this turns out to be the perfect setting.

I know Jamie from our days of working at Wet Seal. This has been a long time coming since Jamie and Elliot have been together forever it seems. I couldn’t be happier for them when I found out through Social Media that they were engaged. It was such a pleasure that Jamie reached out to me to coordinate their wedding. Jamie and Elliot wanted an intimate, no frill, wedding and they definitely delivered that.

 

Jamie and Elliot bought A LOT of random decorations and they told me to make it work. Hong from Pink, the Little Flower Shop, and I just randomly placed them around the venue and everything actually turned out beautifully with all the decorations.

Jamie and Elliot, thank you so very much for letting this little Asian girl help you with the wedding planning process. It was truly an honor and so much fun for my team and I to be part of the journey and share this special day with the 2 of you. We couldn’t be happier and we wish you all the laughter, happiness and blessing in the world.

And to end the night with a bang…no weddings are the same and after all these years of doing them, it was my 1st time being on my hands and knees cleaning up puke. Life of wedding planner/coordinator is not as glamorous as you’d think. There are a lot of behind the scenes you don’t see from the pictures posted but I wouldn’t trade this for anything. I love weddings, I love my couples and I will always put 150% of myself into making their wedding a memorable one.
