From Christine, Associate Coordinator: It was a pleasure to work with this down to earth couple whose wedding emphasized love and family. Their wedding was held at Selanne Steak Tavern, a beautiful restaurant that provided the perfect setting for an intimate wedding of about 40 people. This was my second wedding at Selanne and they do not disappoint. Selanne is one of my favorite venues to work with for small weddings because their staff is always so helpful.
It was a chilly night in December, but the venue provided a cozy ambiance. The ceremony took place in the Veranda, where beautiful white lanterns of all shapes and sizes hung from the ceiling. The couple shared their vows to each other as well as honored their parents. Cocktail hour was held in the Loft, which had a beautiful view of the beach and sunset. The bride and her father shared a fun choreographed dance, which was a sweet surprise for the guests! The reception was back in the Veranda where everyone enjoyed live music from John Evans of Socal Wedding Guitar, personalized dinner, memorable toasts, and delicious dessert. We ended the night by sending the couple off with a sparkler exit. What a great way to end 2018!
