2 weeks ago, Valerie (the bride/cousin), myself and a few vendors went to visit the location to sort out a few details. With advice from the florist, we decided to move the guests’ picture area from its original space. However, with all the commotions after the ceremony, especially with the canopy and the space flipping into the reception area, I thought guests might be confused as to where to go to take pictures with the bride and groom. I have proposed to do a wood stake with arrow to indicate where the picture area is and an exit sign so guests can go back to the hors d’oeuves area.
