I had the honor to coordinate this sweet couple wedding (who would like to stay anonymous) back in June at the Ebell of Long Beach. The Ebell is a gorgeous venue, it has a Spanish/European feel to it and lots of details which was a real treat. The bride provided all of the decor and florals for the wedding and we were more than happy to set everything up per her vision. The one part I was a bit nervous and apprehensive of was the flip. We had about 1 hour to flip the ceremony to the reception with many details on the tables. It was a true team effort between the venue staff and our KDWP team.
Shout out to Shoda Love Photography who flew to So. Cal from No. Cal to capture the couple’s wedding.

Ceremony
As previously mentioned, the bride provided all of the flowers and she worked on all of the boutonnieres herself. When setting up, we didn’t see the “special” boutonniere for the groom. Turns out, the bride forgot her bouquet and the groom’s boutonniere at their Pasadena house. I had to whip up a groom’s boutonniere out of the extra flowers and centerpieces. Not bad for a last minute, on the fly boutonniere right?

Married! Congratulations!
I’m allowed to post pictures of them as long as it is far away.
While everyone was enjoying cocktail in the Courtyard, our team and Ebell staff flipped the ceremony into the reception. Look at the details and amount of items that needed to be set up on the table, we had to pull the flip in about 1.5 hours. It was pretty chaotic and we were on top of each other but everything turned out awesome. Good thing we had a meeting and a strategy so everyone knew what they needed to do.
