Lena + David’s Wedding 4.23.16

Lena’s mother is the one who booked my services for Lena and David’s wedding. Very unusual for Vietnamese parents to book a coordinator but to have a parent follow your work is very humbling. Lena’s mother and I spoke several times over the phone since she lives out of state (our conversation sometimes lasted more than 1 hour) and she wanted to gift “my services” to them, on top of designing a garden theme wedding for the lovely couple. I love Lena’s mother, she’s the sweetest. Actually, I loved everyone in their family. Everyone was just so nice and sweet; they felt like family and they treated my team and I like we were family.

I finally met Lena and David several months later after the booking since they are both busy with work and with a daughter. We immediately hit it off which was a relief. Lena and David are truly an amazing couple and I’m glad I took on their magical garden wedding.

Lena & David, I’m so happy that my team and I were a part of your wedding. It was such a pleasure getting to know the both of you, babysit Maddie and see your family grow. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness!
